The fire started in the library and the cause was the floor combusting due to the varnish overheating. The flooring and ceiling are gone, and the living room has heavy char and burned trusses. There is extensive smoke damage and many broken windows. The roof will need to be replaced. The seller is making no warranties about the condition of the mechanicals, plumbing, or electrical. Most of the other rooms appear to be heavily smoked, and the basement was untouched by the fire. We are not posting any more photos. A waiver of liability must be signed prior to granting access to the home. No concessions will be given after any inspection. We are selling the property "as is" and "where is!"
